ABOUT US

DeWeather Cares  is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in August 2021 and incorporated in October of 2021.

We are proudly a 100% all-volunteer organization. From our Board members to the people who put together our Cares Kits to the members of our Disaster Task Force that deploy all over the country, everything we do is made possible by the dedication of our volunteers. Because we have zero paid staff, 100% of every public donation goes directly into supporting and carrying out our programs. Our volunteers are engineers, stay at home moms, retirees, off-duty first responders, investment advisors, human resource managers, professionals and everyday community members who give their time and expertise because they believe showing up matters.

OUR PEOPLE

WE EXIST BECAUSE PEOPLE SHOW UP

Our volunteers, supporters, sponsors, deployment teams, donors, and partners, are the reason this mission moves forward every single day.

Some deploy into disaster zones. Some sort trading cards. Some pack supply kits. Some donate. Some share our posts online.

Behind every deployment, every CaresKit or Bennett Box, behind every trading card we give away, and every deployment is someone who chose to help, someone who chose to show up.

Every role matters.
